Soft Shapes by Athime de Crecy

Commissioned by Garro editions and in line with the brand's commitment to manufacturing 100% natural fabrics imagined by artists, Athime de Crecy wanted to materialise long-going research to make soft seating only from vegetal materials, without a gram of synthetic foam.

Thanks to modern production processes this mix of byproducts from wood, hemp and linen cultures can offer some high-quality soft comfort for a minimal carbon footprint and from highly renewable resources.

A discreet standard with surprising ergonomics. The oversized piping of this series of poufs gives the pieces a distinctive character as well as a real functional advantage to be carried around with ease.

Edition of only four ‘SOFT SHAPES’ pieces, especially made by Athime de Crecy. On display in Milan at Assab One during the Design Week 13-21 April 2024.
