Exhibition: ‘Collection #01’ during Milan Art & Design Week 2024

GARRO EDITIONS PRESENTS 'COLLECTION #01' IN MILAN

Garro Editions, editor of contemporary textiles, launched its first collection during Milan Art & Design Week 2024. The exhibition 'Collection #01' highlighted the creations of six artists: Amer Musa, Claud Christian, Henry Moore, Marcus Oakley, Pauline Deltour and Sybille Berger. It took place within the established Assab One gallery.

Created in harmony with the space 'La Cappella', on the second floor of the AssabOne Gallery, 'Collection #01' presents the textiles engaging with the unconventional dimensions of the space, in a subtle and dynamic layering of the fabric anchored by a central halo. In the two adjacent rooms, each textile edition is paired with a work by the artist, to fully appreciate and experience their singular creative approach.

'Shapes' imagined by designer Athime de Crecy, punctuate the exhibition and highlight the textile through the upholstery of a common object. Sculpted by hand, these four 'Shapes' have been made from sustainable and natural resources, upholstered with Garro Editions textiles.
