Graduated from ENSCI – Les Ateliers in Paris, Sybille Berger studied textile and industrial design. These two practices intersect in her work, between techniques and the transfer of codes - always with the revalorisation of materials as a guiding thread. Sybille currently works in Marseille to develop her own artistic practice. Collecting discredited color charts and fabric samples, Sybille reuses them beyond their initial purpose. Thanks to the way they are accumulated and classified, Sybille imagines a repertoire of varied chromatic palette objects.
“I let myself be guided by the uncontrolled effects of colorful alchemy, as I picked up on random graphic discoveries.”
